One of the greatest benefits of a personal chef is that you can eat the foods you enjoy. My recipe collection is extensive, and I am constantly working on new items. If you have a favorite family recipe or a list of favorite dishes, Chef Lynette would be happy to cook it for you. The important thing is that you eat what you enjoy. Italian Pesto Chicken with Linguine
Chicken breast rolls with pesto, prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéed until golden. Served over pesto linguine.
Murgh Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
Chicken thigh fillets simmered in an aromatic garam masala, sweet paprika, ground coriander, fresh ginger, tomato and yoghurt sauce. Served with basmati rice.
Chicken Cordon Blue
Tender chicken breast stuffed with smoked ham and Swiss cheese, crusted in Panko breadcrumbs and sautéed to a golden brown.
Chicken thigh cutlets baked in the oven with an olive, caper, tomato and oregano infused broth. Topped with slices of crisp prosciutto.
Pecan Crusted Salmon
A signature dish! Fresh, wild caught Salmon dressed in a honey mustard sauce and rolled in crushed toasted pecans and Panko bread crumbs.
Thai Fish Cakes
Chef recommended! Delicious sautéed Tilapia and Shrimp fish cakes with Thai sweet Chili sauce. Served with steamed Jasmine Rice & Soy Glazed Green Beans.

Grilled or broiled Beef tenderloin brushed with red wine sauce and crusted with pistachios.
Blue Cheese-Pepper Steak Wraps
Fat-Free flour tortillas filled with chopped romaine lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, sautéed sliced mushrooms and onions and peppered filet of beef strips.
Japanese Steak Rolls
A Delicious Alternative favorite! Thinly sliced tenderloin steaks marinated in an Asian style marinade with soy sauce, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar. Asparagus and green onions (scallions) add a burst of flavor sensation.
All American Chili
A soul-satisfying bowl of slow simmered ground sirloin beef and red kidney beans in aromatic spices with chopped tomatoes and peppers. Topped with sour cream.
Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Apples
