Prior to cooking for you, I personally meet with you to discuss your food preferences and dietary requirements. I take the time to understand what you truly enjoy eating. We will discuss:
- Do you have any dietary restrictions, illnesses or food allergies?
- How many servings and how often do you require my service?
- What type of containers will we use?
I address all your concerns and answer any questions that you may have.
The next step is to schedule a cook date. Based upon the information that I gather at our assessment meeting, I’ll suggest menus for your approval. Some of my clients prefer gourmet fare while others prefer home-style cuisine. I have extensive menus that you choose your meals from.
Meals are prepared in our inspected commercial facility or in the safety of your own kitchen. Arrangements will be made in advance so that the cook date fits your schedule.
On the agreed upon cook date I shop for the freshest ingredients available. Your meals are prepared with care and thought. Everything will be prepared to your specific needs and instructions. Easy-to-follow heating and serving instructions for each dish will be provided. All you have to do is select your meals beforehand and then heat and enjoy them at your leisure.
The only evidence you’ll find that I’ve been at your home is a fridge full of wonderful, healthy meals.
